Calm in the storm of COVID-19
As a valued client or contact we wanted you to know that although these are challenging times, Garland Waddington is open for business and will continue to operate as usual, as much as possible.
Thankfully our business has the technology in place for our team to work remotely, so that we are equipped to provide continued and ongoing support to our clients during this period.
GW has been providing services to clients through the 1982 recession, the 1990/91 'recession that we had to have (!)', the GFC of 2008 and some other interesting events, so we have had to work through challenging and uncertain times before, and we are committed to supporting our clients and our staff through this current period.
We’ve introduced some changes to minimise risk, but ensure continuity of our business and the high level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
- Where practical all meetings are to be undertaken via video or phone conference, as required.
- All calls to our office will be answered or promptly returned by our staff.
- All emails will continue to be received and replied to.
- Our staff are directly available on mobile and email.
